We officially support the following companies as SSO providers. If your SSO provider is not listed below, please ask your CSM or [email protected] for instructions.

Our SSO works using SAML, we do not currently support SSO login via OpenID.

Below you can find links to instructions for setting up SAML and SCIM for each of these.


Assign a default Plan Role for SSO Invited Users

When a user is invited to your platform through the SSO integration, they will automatically be assigned a default role, streamlining the process of onboarding and role assignment.

You can easily customize the default role for SSO-invited users. This setting can be adjusted by following these steps:

  • Open the Role & Policies Settings in your Admin Dashboard.

  • Go to the 'Policies' section.

  • Scroll to the bottom of the page where you will find the option to configure the default Plan role for SSO-invited users.

  • Select the desired default role and save your changes.

This allow you to define the role that will be automatically applied, ensuring the user receives the correct permissions and access based on their role within your organization.
