If you are having trouble starting your BrightHire interview, or you're not seeing the Interview Assistant open, we recommend reinstalling your chrome extension as a first step. If these two easy steps do not fix your issue, please reach out to us using the support chat in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Step 1 - Remove the Chrome Extension:
Right click on the BrightHire logo
Select 'Remove from Chrome'
Step 2 - Reinstall the Chrome Extension.
