Occasionally, our transcription service may not accurately identify speakers, leading to incorrect labels. Fortunately, this issue can be easily resolved.
To Relabel a Speaker:
Option 1: Click on the speaker's name in the speaker bar of the interview and select the correct speaker from the dropdown menu.
Note: Once you relabel a speaker, the change will be visible in the interview within a few minutes. However, it may take up to 24 hours for the update to appear in any dashboard reporting.
Option 2: Click on the speaker's name in the transcript and choose the correct speaker from the dropdown menu.
