We designed AI Notes to enhance the interview experience by allowing users to focus on the candidate rather than being burdened with extensive note-taking. AI Notes also facilitate quicker and more robust scorecard submissions with comprehensive, editable notes ready for your ATS.

AI Notes uses advanced AI to generate precise and comprehensive interview notes based on the questions you ask during the conversation. After the interview, you'll receive an email with a summary and your AI notes. You can also access these notes by clicking on “AI Notes” in BrightHire or the BrightHire side panel in Greenhouse(see screenshot below). The notes are organized by interviewer questions and candidate responses or topics discussed, making it easy to review and recall key points.

To revisit a specific moment in the interview, simply click on the timestamp next to the question.

Q. What happens if the AI notes don't match any scorecard questions?

A. If BrightHire is unable to match notes to the scorecard, all AI notes will be pasted in the 'KeyTakeaways' section of the scorecard

Q. What happens if I don't see the 'Import all notes' button?

A. If you don't see the "import notes" button, open the BrightHire side-panel and search for your candidate and select the the interview and the button will appear.
