BrightHire’s One-Click Scorecard feature is a game-changer for fast, high-quality interview feedback. It leverages AI-powered notes that are automatically formatted to your scorecard, allowing you to submit feedback to your ATS with just one click. This streamlined process not only reduces submission time by 27% but also transforms the quality of your feedback.

How to Use the One-Click Scorecard

Access the Interview Page

  • Begin by navigating to the interview page in BrightHire where you can view the recording and details of the interview.

  • If needed, adjust the template to scorecard. BrightHire allows you to customize the AI output format so that it aligns with the feedback categories and criteria you use.

Switch to the Scorecard Page in Greenhouse

  • In a separate tab or window, open the scorecard page within Greenhouse. This is where you'll be submitting your feedback.

Open BrightHire Side Panel

  • In Greenhouse, open the side panel to view the AI-generated notes that are ready for submission.

Click ‘Import all notes’

  • Click the 'Import all notes' button within your scorecard. This action will automatically send any responses we match to your Greenhouse scorecard.
