What can I do with BrightHire in Slack?
Get interview notes in Slack. After an interview, BrightHire sends AI-generated notes to the interviewer. You can ask follow-up questions right in the thread.
Prepare for an upcoming interview. Ask BrightHire about a candidate before the interview to see their background and what earlier interviewers covered.
Ask questions about a candidate. Use plain language, for example "What did the candidate say about managing remote teams?" Answers are grounded in the interview recordings.
Compare candidates. Ask BrightHire to compare candidates for a role. It summarizes strengths, concerns, and areas no one has evaluated yet. It helps you synthesize, it does not rank candidates for you.

How does BrightHire use my data in Slack?
Your BrightHire permissions apply in Slack. BrightHire only answers about the interviews and candidates you can already see in BrightHire, and connecting Slack does not grant anyone additional access.
