BrightHire can use Teams session data to support candidate fraud detection workflows. Teams customers need to install a new BrightHire org-level Teams app to enable session metadata and session enrichment for Teams interviews.
Note for Admins: Setup is completed by a Teams admin. End users do not need to install anything.
Available Fraud Signal Categories:
Session metadata: basic session-level information used to understand interview context and support fraud review.
Session enrichment: additional session data used to identify potentially suspicious interview activity.
Deepfake detection: available for Teams customers when the required ATS opt-in workflow and paperwork are in place.
This article does not cover deepfake detection. Deepfake detection is enabled through a separate workflow and does not require the Teams app install described here.
Session metadata does not require fraud-specific paperwork. Session enrichment requires the required legal/commercial paperwork before activation.
Install the Teams App "BrightHire Interview Integrity"
Navigate to the Install Teams App option in your settings.
It will request some permissions to be allowed, those are necessary to feed the integrity signals so you'd just need to click on accept.
