BrightHire Screen currently supports interviews in the following languages:

- English
- Spanish, Latin America
- Portuguese, Brazil

The language selected for the AI Interviewer applies to the entire interview. Candidates cannot switch languages during an interview, and bilingual interviews are not currently supported.

BrightHire does not automatically translate recruiter-created content. Before publishing an interview, make sure the following content is written in the language you selected:

- Job description
- Interview questions
- Introduction and closing messages
- Custom candidate communications

We recommend reviewing and testing the complete interview in the selected language before inviting candidates.
