BrightHire Screen With Ashby

Written by Jennifer Steinker

Brighthire is introducing BrightHire Screen, which is an AI-powered voice interview screening agent that is able to confirm job candidate interest, skills, eligibility, employment history and availability via a short phone or web-based call.

Brighthire has designed Screen to be used by recruiting teams to assist them in their screening processes. Recruiting teams will be able to configure AI Interviewer in one of two ways. In each case, there is a human-in-the-loop.

  1. Summarization Only: BrightHire Screen can pose questions and summarize candidate responses for recruiting teams to review. AI Interviewer will also provide recruiting teams with the source audio data and the transcript of the call. Recruiters will make their own decisions regarding which candidates to advance or decline.

  2. Evaluation and Scorecard: BrightHire Screen can pose questions and use candidate responses, as well as inferences it makes about candidate qualifications based on their responses and their resume, to compare a candidate's qualifications to pre-defined screening criteria and then to rank candidates based on their ability to meet screening criteria. BrightHire Screen will also provide recruiting teams with an evaluation summary, source audio data and the transcript of the call. At this point, recruiters will make their own decisions regarding which candidates to advance or decline.
