Product Updates:

🛡️ Introducing Candidate Fraud Detection

BrightHire now surfaces fraud signals directly in your interviews, with the evidence behind every one, so your team can hire with confidence and stand behind every decision.

What's included:

  • Coverage across the entire interview process: from AI screening on BrightHire Screen through every live interview, so no checkpoint gets missed.

  • One defensible view of risk: signals across behavior, identity, device, and context come together in a single view, with evidence behind every one.

  • Built into the platform you already use: no new tools to deploy, and no agent for candidates to install.

Available across platforms including Microsoft Teams and Google Meet.

What's New with BrightHire Screen

🌐 Multilingual AI Interviews, now available: Spanish and Portuguese are available across the full candidate experience in BrightHire Screen, from invitation emails to evaluation summaries. If you signed up for early access, you're already set. To enable it for your org, email our team.

🔄 AI Interviewer Retakes: Recruiters can let a candidate retake a completed AI interview directly from the candidate list, making it easy to handle technical issues, schedule edge cases, or simply offer more flexibility.

🎯 Filter Candidates by Score: Filter AI Interviewer candidates by score range to surface the strongest candidates or focus attention where it's needed most, without scrolling through the full list.
