More control over Scorecard Autofill

Last month, we announced the new scorecard autofill workflow that maps the most relevant evidence from an interview directly into your scorecard questions.

This month, we’ve added more controls to set up your autofill workflow to work best for you:

  • Choose the level of detail that suits your needs (brief, standard or detailed).

  • Select how the content that falls outside the scorecard prompts is organized.

  • Easily use custom templates by selecting them from a dropdown.

  • Set and forget it by choosing your personal preferences for future autofills.

What’s New with BrightHire Screen

🧪Fraud detection (Early access)

AI-assisted interviews have introduced a new challenge: candidates using LLMs for real-time coaching, having someone else complete the interview, or using other forms of AI assistance.
