BrightHire works with GoodTime + SmartRecruiters by using GoodTime to schedule the meeting and BrightHire to automatically detect and capture it with the right candidate context from SmartRecruiters.
Prereqs: Admin enables the BrightHire x SmartRecruiters integration, and you connect your shared organization Goodtime calendar in BrightHire (Settings → Calendar).
• Scheduling flow: start on the candidate in SmartRecruiters → Open in GoodTime → Request Availability or Schedule Now → choose a template (include your BrightHire disclosure language) → send.
• Capture: BrightHire picks up the interview from the calendar event (video link + attendees) and records/transcribes automatically.
Q. Can BrightHire support capturing interviews scheduled via GoodTime Meet?
A. Yes. To ensure interviews are captured, each user scheduling with GoodTime Meet will need to sync their calendar with BrightHire and include #brighthire in their GoodTime Meet template.
