How to Use the Scheduled Interviews Tab

Your admin dashboard for monitoring, troubleshooting, and confirming interview capture.

The Scheduled Interviews tab is a powerful tool available to BrightHire Site Admins. It gives you a complete, real-time view of both upcoming and past interviews, so you can quickly confirm what BrightHire is scheduled to record, what was successfully captured, and exactly why something may not have recorded.

Permission: BrightHire Site Admin

Interviews > Scheduled Interiews

Filters Available

Position

  • Use Case: Filter by a specific position

Department

  • Use Case: Filter by a specific department

Recording Outcome

  • Use Case: See whether interviews were successfully captured

  • Options: Recorded, Not Recorded

Recording Status

  • Use Case: Confirm whether BrightHire was expected/allowed to record

  • Options: Recording Enabled, Recording Disabled

Recording Reason

  • Use Case: Understand why BrightHire joined or didn’t join (see key below)

Date Range

  • Use Case: Filter interviews by date


Recording Reasons (Why BrightHire Joined)

Position

  • Auto-join is enabled in Recording Settings

  • User Level Import is set to Record

Manual Scheduling

  • Manually scheduled from the BrightHire homepage

Recorder Invited

Contains #brighthire

  • Calendar sync is enabled and the event includes @brighthire

Manually Added from the Homepage

  • Someone clicked “Add BrightHire” from the BrightHire homepage

Calendar Keyword Match

  • Calendar sync is enabled and the event matched a configured keyword

Manually Added from the Interview Assistant (IA)

  • Scheduled in the ATS (auto-join off), and the interviewer clicked “Interview with BrightHire” or opened the Zoom App

In-Person

  • Started using the In-Person option (either from the homepage icon or via the Chrome Extension “Interview with BrightHire” flow)


Not Recorded Reasons (Why BrightHire Didn’t Join)

Keyword Removed

  • The calendar event was unsynced, or the keyword was removed from the event

Not Configured

  • Auto-join isn’t enabled for the organization

Recording Blocked

  • Recording was blocked due to an opt-out
