Manage your Sign Up & Sign In Settings

These settings control how users in your organization sign up for and log in to BrightHire, and how interviewers are invited to use the platform.

You can find these options under Settings β†’ Sign up & sign in.

This settings page is only available for Site Admins.

Allow Self Sign-Up

When enabled, anyone with an email address from the approved domains can create a BrightHire account without needing an invitation. This is recommended for most organizations to make onboarding interviewers easier.


Allow Phone Sign-In

Allows users to sign in using their mobile phone number via SMS. If disabled, users will be required to sign in using an OAuth provider such as Google or Microsoft.


Auto-Invite Scheduled Interviewers

Automatically invites scheduled interviewers to sign up for BrightHire when an interview is created or updated. This setting applies only to interviews with Auto-Join by Position enabled.

Note: Auto-invite applies only to new or updated scheduled interviews.


Require Sign Up to Capture Interviews

When enabled, interviewers must complete sign-up with BrightHire in order for interviews to be captured and recorded.

Important:
Auto-invite is not required when Require Sign Up to Capture Interviews is disabled.


Email Domains

Specify which email domains are allowed to sign up without an invitation when Allow Self Sign-Up is enabled. Only users with email addresses from these domains will be able to create accounts automatically.
