BrightHire allows Site Admins to access Advanced Insights by default, and Recruiters when enabled by your organization.
Enabling Advanced Insights for Recruiters
You can grant or remove access to Advanced Insights in Roles & Policies.
Permission — Can view Advanced Insights reports — can be turned on or off for the Recruiter role.
Once enabled, Recruiters gain access to aggregate insights across all public interviews in your organization.
In order to enable this access, the recruiter role must also have access to all public interviews — the settings UI prevents you from selecting the checkbox if the other permission is not also enabled
Required Permission: Hiring Teams > Can view all interviews with “Hiring Team” visibility, all candidate information, and all scheduled interviews

When Advanced Insights is turned off
Recruiters will not see the Advanced Insights module in the side panel.
When Advanced Insights is turned on
The Advanced Insights module appears in the side panel, giving the user access to all public insights.
