My Interview Assistant appears stuck or is not loading

From the side panel, you can select the ... in the top right and try clicking “Reload tab”. You can also try closing the app from the X and re-opening from the top bar or the Apps button.

The app was added to the meeting but I don’t see the icon

Sometimes it can take a minute or two for Teams to populate the top bar when an app is added or was pre-added. It might also be under the “More” option. There’s also a Teams quirk where you may need to open another app to prompt the apps to load.

I see multiple BrightHire Interview Assistants icons

This can happen if the app has been “added” more than once to a meeting. This can be an annoyance but it is harmless. Just choose one to use and keep the side panel open when interacting with the BrightHire Interview Assistant. All of the interview details will be saved regardless of which app you use. You can also click the ... button when the side panel is open and click “Remove” to delete the extra apps from the meeting.
