When a new position is opened in your ATS (Greenhouse only for now), BrightHire jumps into action:
Enable it on this BrightHire Settings Page
Match check: We scan for similar past roles.
Candidate check: We look for candidates with 2+ recorded BrightHire interviews.
JD parsing: We parse the new job description and compare it to past interview and resume data.

No-go filters: We automatically exclude candidates who:
Were rejected in the last 9 months for lack of skills or not meeting the hiring bar
Declined offers in the last 9 months due to role misalignment, comp issues, etc.
