Compensation Trends is a brand new Advanced Insight report available to Site Admins. In it, we extract critical information about compensation from rich interview data across your organization.
At a glance, Compensation Trends shows you what candidates are making in their current roles, what candidates expect to make in their new role, and what interviewers are stating during the interview. We offer the data in a brand new chart that tracks compensation over time, and in a table that summarizes each mention with additional context from the interview transcript.
Like our other Advanced Insights features, you can filter by time period, position, and department. Our table only shows the 50 most recent examples by default, but a button to download a CSV will give you the full data set for your selected filters.
Here’s how it works:
Go to Insights > Advanced Insights > Compensation Trends.
Filter by the lookback period of time, position, and department.
Check out compensation mentions in the chart at the top. We divide them by category and also by type, whether they're annual salary or hourly rate. We also extract currency information, so you can filter both the chart and table to look at the specific currency you're interested in.
Scroll down the page to see rich information about each compensation mention, including links to the position, candidate, and interview. Read the summary for each mention to learn about the base salary discussed, and, where applicable, bonus, equity, commissions, etc.
