As a Site Admin, you now have the ability to download recordings from your organization. This feature provides added flexibility and control over your interviews, allowing you to save recordings for offline use.

How to Enable the Download Recording Feature
Before you can download recordings, ensure that this feature is enabled for your organization:
Navigate to the Roles and Policies page in Admin:
Go to the Roles and Policies Page.Select the setting to allow downloads:
Locate the appropriate permission for downloading recordings and toggle it on.
How to Download a Recording
Once the feature is enabled, follow these steps to download a specific interview recording:
Go to the desired interview:
Navigate to the interview you want to download.Access the menu:
Click the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner of the interview page.Select ‘Download Recording’:
From the dropdown menu, select the ‘Download Recording’ option.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Who can access the download feature?
A: Only users with Site Admin permissions can enable assign permissions and use the download recording feature. It is available to be assigned to Site Admins or Recruiters.
Q: Can a basic user be grated the permission to download?
A: No, A Basic user does not have the ability to download interviews.
Option to download is controlled by two things:
(1) an org-level toggle that enables downloads, and
(2) the user’s role/permissions.
The Download Recording option can be enabled for Site Admins, Recruiters or both. It can't be enabled for Basic users.
Q: Can I re-enable the feature if it’s turned off?
A: Yes, Site Admins can revisit the Roles and Policies page to re-enable the feature at any time.
