As a Site Admin, you now have the ability to download recordings from your organization. This feature provides added flexibility and control over your interviews, allowing you to save recordings for offline use.

Below, you’ll find step-by-step instructions on how to enable and use this feature.


How to Enable the Download Recording Feature

Before you can download recordings, ensure that this feature is enabled for your organization:

  1. Navigate to the Roles and Policies page in Admin:
    Go to the Roles and Policies Page.

  2. Select the setting to allow downloads:
    Locate the appropriate permission for downloading recordings and toggle it on.


How to Download a Recording

Once the feature is enabled, follow these steps to download a specific interview recording:

  1. Go to the desired interview:
    Navigate to the interview you want to download.

  2. Access the menu:
    Click the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner of the interview page.

  3. Select ‘Download Recording’:
    From the dropdown menu, select the ‘Download Recording’ option.

Q: Who can access the download feature?
A: Only users with Site Admin permissions can enable assign permissions and use the download recording feature.

Q: Can I re-enable the feature if it’s turned off?
A: Yes, Site Admins can revisit the Roles and Policies page to re-enable the feature at any time.
