Get visibility into what your candidates care about

Topic Trends is one of our Advanced Insights reports available to site admins, which pulls valuable takeaways derived from rich interview data from across your organization.

Topic Trends give you insights into trending topics across interviews, from remote work to AI. See what’s on candidates’ minds and adapt your messaging, policies, and strategies accordingly.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Go to Insights > Advanced Insights > Candidate Questions.

  2. Filter by the lookback period of time, department, position, interviewer, and interview stage.

  3. Choose a topic or add a custom topic to see how it’s been trending over a period of time.

  4. Scroll down the page to refine by speaker type (candidate, interviewer, or both), check out the transcript where it was brought up, and get links to the interviews.

  5. Download your results as a CSV.

All Advanced Insights will be included for free in the core offering for at least 6 months.
