Here’s how it works:
Go to the Insights dropdown on your sidebar and select Advanced Insights.
Choose Skills Coverage from the reports on the left side of your page.
View an existing report or click New Report to create your own.
Name your report and select the date range you want to look at.
Select the positions and the interview stages you’d like to be included.
Track what skills are being covered (or missed!) for key roles, ensure a consistent, high-quality interview process, and drive better hiring outcomes with data-driven insights!
